The new challenge - ALL ROADS LEAD TO ROME

The first official IWT Global Community Challenge starts September 1!

This Autumn, we're taking on 1,000 km together — from ancient Lugdunum (Lyon), across the Alps and through Italy, all the way to Rome.

Every kilometer completed in the challenge moves our entire IWT community closer to Rome. It doesn't matter where in the world you walk or how far you go — every interval counts.

We have 1,000 km ahead of us.
Join the challenge in the IWT app, complete your IWT sessions and help us reach Rome before during this autumn

One community. One goal. 1,000 km.
Let’s interval walk to Rome!
