The site has a new front door
5 Sept 2026
Now it starts with the walk
IWTlife.com used to open with a list of challenges. That made sense when
challenges were all there was — but it left the thing most people actually
come for, the app, hidden in a single button.
So the front page has been rebuilt around it.
Three minutes, explained in a glance
The 3 + 3 pattern is now drawn straight onto the page: five warm stretches,
five cool ones, thirty minutes in all. It takes about a second to understand,
which is roughly how long anyone gives a new idea.
Underneath it sits the part we are most careful about — what the research
actually found, with every claim linked to its study. Including the honest
limit: nobody has yet shown what interval walking does over a decade. The
full picture is in [the method guide].
News that finds you
A ticker now runs under the menu on every page, carrying the latest headlines.
No hunting through the site to notice that something happened.
Android is on the way
You will see a More soon marker beside the App Store badge. That is
deliberate — we are not going to show a Google Play button for an app you
cannot download yet. The day it is there, so is the badge.
Challenges have not gone anywhere. They live at
[iwtlife.com/challenges], with the leaderboards running exactly as before.
Same walk. Clearer front door.
