This autumn, we're walking through history — together. Starting in Lugdunum, modern-day Lyon, our journey follows the ancient roads south across the Alps and through Italy, passing Brigantio, Placentia, Ariminum and Spoletium before reaching our final destination: Roma. Our goal is simple: 1,000 km together. Every kilometer completed during an IWT intervall session adds to our shared journey. Wherever you are in the world, your intervals move the whole IWT community closer to Rome. One community. One goal. 1,000 km. Let's interval walk to Rome!
